It's genuinely terrible and extremely cheap tasting. It's like what you would imagine chocolate would taste like if you never had it and somebody attempted to describe it to you
It’s like someone described oranges to someone, vaguely and then that person told someone and they told someone and they told someone who made the drink.
Maybe the old formula, I would agree, but the newer one is maybe slightly better than Hershey. Which isn't really a compliment, but at least it's edible now, haha.
If it’s one of the more expensive chocolates and it tastes average or worse, it deserves to be trashed no matter who’s name is behind it but I will give him credit where’s it due and it is ethically sourced.
Man said "it's genuinely terrible and extremely cheap tasting" which is just not true. You can criticize the price, but not the taste because it doesn't taste bad at all.
People are exaggerating the awfulness of it because an influencer is making money from it.
I really don't know much about the chocolate, but based off what I know about Mr. Beast and this thread, I would assume that the feastables stuff makes sure to ethically source all of its chocolate/labor/whatever. I would assume it tastes like hershey's but at a markup. I agree that is stupid, I am more likely to pay an even higher markup for something resembling a gourmet/premium bar of chocolate but ethical. I think saying it "deserves to be trashed" for trying to fill that market of "cheap" (at least tasting) chocolate without being made by literal slaves is a bit much.
I'm shocked at the hate, I tried their peanut butter chocolate bar and I loved it, tasted better than Reese's peanut butter cup and I'm a huge Reese's fan
Have only tried the peanut butter cup, but when I had it recently (this month) it was better than Reese's. Main thing for me is the peanut butter has an actual peanut butter texture, whereas the Reese's has like a dry texture. Problem is that it's like 50% more expensive than Reese's in my area
IIRC he did two different types. The first one was ass cause he probably went with the lowest bidder to make them. Second run is decent but only a few flavors
Yep, I'm pretty sure it is just the cheap holiday chocolate with MrBeasts name slapped on it. My nephew begged me for it before so I got him a bar and he didn't finish it and never asked me for it again.
Saw it on shelves in Bangkok & Tokyo. Always a lot of stock, so it didn't seem to be flying off the shelves. Spotted one tourist mom buying a bar for their kid in Bangkok; if I spoke Cantonese, I might have asked if they had tried it before and would recommend it.
I tried the peanut butter Feastable bar and thought it was alright for American chocolate. Way better than Hershey's, but still not good compared to not-american chocolate.
My nephews BEGGED me to buy them feastables chocolate bars. I let them of course. They couldnt even wait till we got home to crack them open and take a bite. When they did, one of them (age 7) just made an angry face and yelled "THIS JUST TASTE LIKE REGULAR CHOCOLATE"
They learned a valuable lesson about advertising that day, and it only cost me like $6
It's probably the same recipe made in the same plant, just with different packaging. You'd be surprised how many different brands are co-packed in the same plant.

I saw Feastables chocolate in store so I tried it, despite being like 3 times more expensive then the other ones.
Literally tasted the same like the cheapest chocolates next to it.
