When it had first happened the WSJ put out an article saying the casings had "Trans Rules" written on them but im pretty they just got that from some random online because the NYT debunked it soon after and they then corrected it. WSJ now says something similar to what you've posted
Either way, even if they can be fake or doctored, id like to see the info released to the public
