miz really got his bots posting the most lukewarm takes ever to appeal to the Reddit crowd

Or are lukewarm takes just more shocking on this sub than the "hot takes" at this point?

You'll know the switchup happens when pineapple on pizza overtakes the no pineapple crowd.

They aren't, people usually just don't bother posting them. Trump approval ratings keep falling but somehow people keep acting like the opposite is happening.

I don't even watch Mizkif but I'd rather see clips like this than another 2000+ comment post about Destiny, Hasan, Tectone, Asmongold, XQC and whoever the fuck else about their political views.

I agree its pointless. Its evident you people just want any reason to hate him for no reason

For real, is this the next step of Miz's career? Pivoting to politics while being yet another ultra lucky and privileged dumbfuck with below average iq?
Then again, him saying the most obvious and surface level takes is probably an improvement to his usual content, where he just sits there not doing anything while having a guest sit in the same room also not doing anything. The bar is on the ground.

I don't have an issue with elected officials investing in the stock market. I do have an issue with them investing in individual stocks and being able to perform short-term trades. Investing into individual stocks incentivizes writing laws and removing barriers for specific companies/industries. Short-term trades incentivizes short-term thinking over the long-term health of the nation.
Elected representatives (Congress and the Presidency) should only be allowed to buy special RSUs with vesting periods of 10-20 years indexed to either the Dow Jones, Nasdaq, or SP500. Only those indexes, so their money is tied to America's future. 10 years to force them to care about the country's long-term future and incentivizing the dinosaurs to retire. Sure, they can try to workaround this through family and friends, but it's a first step.

Just putting it here both parties do this notably the republicans politicians have gained more from stocks than any of the two parties. Pelosi is just as coppable as McConnell or anyone else. But the history of irepublicans commiting inside trading more and them being the side screams about corruption so much is ironic

It's crazy that "fuck both sides, hold them accountable" is only held by one side.

There's also no real evidence that members of congress are 'insider trading', their trades aren't even great compared to your average investor. This is all just virtue signaling on vibes, all of their trades are public if there was real corruption it would be extremely obvious.

We have to let them otherwise they'd hide what they're doing. Same for campaign donations, if we got rid of it they'd still get their money, but now the opportunity for the public to legally and collectively support a candidate financially is gone.

I’m glad he’s so concerned about the interests of a common man such as myself, so noble!

Congress, on average, underperforms just holding the SPX index.
There is no data whatsoever that suggests significant insider trading in congress, and even high performers fall within a nice normalized distribution curve.

Mizkif becoming another streamer who has no right trying to educate viewers about politics wasn’t on my bingo card

Congress people buying stocks is a GOOD thing, just follow all market movements that Pelosi does and you will be rich.

He said he would never do any gambling sponsor on his twitch stream but his Instagram he doesn't give about.

u/charliemccied 20h ago
do you mean "doesn't give a shit about" instead of "doesn't give about" or something? seems kind of arbitrary if he's promoting the same thing on one of his platforms.

u/winterDom 19h ago
He explained it as. Nearly all gamba types want me to promote on twitch. Don't want to do it to my audience as they've been with me for a long time.
Basically he would feel bad if it fucked up any of his core communities lives up. Poker is an exception.
But on Instagram he doesn't give a shit because it's Instagram and it's just not where his core community is.
He's not cash liquid and wants to keep the people he's employed but ad rates are way down

Yeah so if the justice system wasn't neutered by The Flying Pedophile's Band of Nazi Freaks this would just be the norm. Crime is legal though, as long as you're white

What a crazy take. Next he's going to say the president shouldn't crypto rug pull his own supporters.

Miz is on this weird campaign of saying what the masses want to hear, and it isnt genuine, which makes it feel weird AF. Its almost like he Chat-GPT'd "things to say everyone likes" or some stupid shit. Is his career that down bad that he decided to pivot to pandering? is this Hasan-lite or something?

u/itaintthatdeepfam 5h ago
miz ingests a little LA air and now spews this shit. at least reddit will like him more for it.

He used to live in Austin bro.
I don’t know how much you know about Texas, but Austin is basically the San Francisco of Texas. It is, like the other major cities in Texas, omega liberal (but more so than the others).
