I’m mostly just wondering what he is suing for still. He doesn’t smoke, she does, ok and? Why are they in this court room? Are there damages of some sort? Has her smoking perhaps damaged artwork of his or something?

Idk if there even is a security deposit, but regardless it would require a 3rd party(the people refusing to return the security deposit) and it would have to be proven that the reason was because of her smoking. If that had been included, it would at least make this hearing have some legitimacy to it though. That would have been very nice.
