Implementation in October: Simply impossible. Even if the Council were to agree on the latest version of the Danish presidency's proposal on September 12th, the ordinary legislative procedure wouldn't allow adoption in the Parliament before months.

There also seems to be some confusion and inconsistency between the thread title and the body, as if one wouldn't know whom to actually address.

All of your messages will be scannes and if the AI sees something "suspcious" a human will check.

Everything everybody sends. So you get people looking at naked teens, babies and adults without their consent. Read their messages without consent.

And of course politicians are exempt of this due to "security reasons".
