Ask Luxembourg Verify a Vat registered person

Hello, Recently trying to make a business deal with someone who claims to have established business in LU. I checked the VAT number he provided, indeed , it is recently registered. Website, and social media accounts are created. Is there any LU public resource which can tell who that VAT number is registered on? Or any other ways to verify the identity? I only have name, email address and VAT number.

If you know the company name you can also check the related information on https://www.northdata.com

I use regularly https://lbr.lu or https://vat-search.eu/ (free but you'll have to register). It's a must to get VAT numbers from company names, for my marketing agency in Luxembourg (TéMéRaiRe marketing)
