Shopping/Services Where can I find keto-friendly bread/pastries?

In some countries, bakers would make pastries/bread from almond flour as keto-friendly substituted.

Been looking online for something like that in Luxembourg, but nothing… Any recommendations?

Nice! Keep me in the loop if you find something. If I am successful at making bread successfully, I’ll hit you up to share a batch🤣

When I did a keto diet, I was of the understanding you should remove bread and pastries from your intakes. I did make some easy to make wannabe bread or pizza bases with yoghurt, but was not aware that ready made ones exist.

In some capitals where there is a large enough population to create a demand for anything, you would have these type of businesses. They wouldn’t necessarily specialise in Keto, mostly gluten-free but they would have a large enough selection of keto-friendly goods! They would just replace flour with almond flour and sugar with substitutes like stevia, erythritol and so on. If you want to go through the hassle I guess you can make it home but ain’t nobody got time for that

My realisation on that diet was: ain't nobody got time for that diet haha

Tbh I have never been on a diet before and I never really thought I would have to be on a diet one day as my BMI is on the low side (Female; 18.5) But Keto just is a good non-medical treatment for a condition that I have and I have to admit it’s been pretty efficient at helping with that over the last few days. I would say it’s much easier than I thought it would be. I try to focus on what I can eat (meat, fish, eggs, avocados, leafy greens) rather than on what I cannot eat. Somehow I find that it reduces my mental load as I don’t have to think about “ah what should I make for dinner?” I just slap a chicken breast or a steak on the grill and some spinach and that’s done 🤣. However, late at night I’ve really been craving something sweet like a dessert after dinner 🤤 hence the request :(

How long were you on it if I may ask?
