My old man worked in waste management on the East Coast, and during the ’90s and early 2000s, some of his biggest clients were mobsters, most notably Carmine “Papa Smurf” Franco, a high-level Genovese member or associate who oversaw many of the family’s multimillion-dollar rackets in the industry. The guy was printing money.

He also had dealings with the Gambino crew in Hartford, Connecticut. I’ll have to ask him to remind me which guys he sold equipment to there.

Is that the same Frank Salerno who was in the surveillance picture with Acting Boss, Mikey DeSantis, during 2020?

Relevant. Also a perfect example of why these parasites should not be considered honorable or respectable.
