That is true but not all the truth. A Italian made guy wouldn't be viewed necessarily as made in the US, however he would be treated with the respect and dignity that would come with being made, and same vice versa. However everything I've ever heard about being made in the US is that regardless where it happened (Chicago, vegas, new York) you're considered made in all of the US.
