I’ve tried everything. Vsync off, full screen off, updated driver, updated windows, deleted the launcher. I’m getting so frustrated and it’s the first games I’ve played on my of other than sims 4 (which is fine) so I’m scared it’s an issue with my pc :(!! Please help!!!

I have been on this board for awhile now talking about Mafia 3, its amazing storyline and characters, great soundtrack, and of course its major fault that keeps it from being a top tier game.

Are the trophies still bugged on mafia 3 still to this day if so is there a work around without having to do anything with t he downgrade on the patch if I can just platinumed mafia 1 and 2 and was hoping to do 3 but heard about a lot of glitches with trophies

What happens to my collectibles when I start a new game. I only need the chapter-bound ones for 100% but I also want to replay the game. Can I just start a new game and keep my progress?

Someone recently asked me why I bought the new Mafia game when I could watch all cutscenes for free on YouTube. This is such a stupid question. I bought this game for the GAMEPLAY and the STORY. Is this really so hard to understand? If I just watch the cutscenes online, then I will never experience the same emotions/adrenaline/adventure.

Sure, there’s not much gameplay compared to other modern open-world games, but THERE IS gameplay, and it doesn't just last for one fucking hour. Like c’mon, this is not some kind of Kojima type game...

The shooting is extremely similar which is such a huge letdown. Even the way Enzo climbs is so similar to Lincoln Clay. I expected so much more from this game because it's on a new engine and a new console

Absolute letdown. Mafia 3 released 9 years ago...how can it be that the latest edition of Mafia, is akin to Mafia 3... I'm extremely disappointed

I haven't finished the story yet but this is something I just can't overlook.

I believe that it is undeniable that the gameplay is almost exactly the same as mafia 3. I would be surprised if anyone were to say otherwise though as always, opinions are welcome

This game sucks so far, how is this the definitive edition with these graphics. The controls are so weird compared to mafia 1 and 3 and this game feels like slop thrown together within 30 minutes

This decade the Mafia was at the height of its power with new families cropping up. This will be a point of conflict in the game. A more ruthless generation crops up and the old timers have to contend with them. The protagonist will most likely be in the younger generation with a relative in the old guard. A legacy Mafioso. Storylines concerning unions, politics, and the gun and drug trade will feature heavily in the game.

The Racketeer, Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) was conceived in 1970 and being a federal law it was designed to target organized crime families across state lines. We'll see at least two cities in the game and it will be a linear story/ semi-open world but unlike 3 it'll have more life in it.

Hey all, I’ve bought all the cars at Pasquale’s shop but when I did I quite quickly reloaded my game. The achievement didn’t pop and I don’t know what I can do to trigger the achievement unlocking. All the cars are bought now, in free roam, during chapter replay so I feel like I’m out of options. Anyone have any suggestions? Already made a support case, waiting on a response there.

Maybe I’m looking too much into it, but did anyone else pick up on how for the celebration to welcome Enzo in the family, they end up having one crate of wine more than how many they got through for Luca’s celebration?

As if to suggest Enzo joining the family was a bigger occasion than Luca, and a reminder of how he could have had everything if he stayed in line.

Hello everyone. I purchased Mafia 3 Definitive Edition a while back (more than a year), and I already finished it. I wanted to play again and I installed the game, but when it starts, in the countdown it gets to either 1 (few times it was 0) and it freezes. I am playing it on Steam. If I first start the launcher, I get a message that my PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements to play this game so the gameplay might be affected. In options, I have selected by default some Intel Graphics card, I switched to Nvidia one, and if I close it and open it again, it still selects the intel one. I tried disabling Intel graphics from device manager but it didn't solve the problem.
I reinstalled the game for 3-4 times but the issue persists.

Has anyone else had these issues? And if yes, did you manage to fix it?
