Meal Prep Picture Lunch and dinner for the week!

Slow cooker pulled bbq chicken with butternut squash mash, corn and beans

Yogurt curry grilled chicken with roasted cauliflower, zucchini and peas

Gonna be a good week!

Wow how do you stop the chicken breast being dry when you reheat?

Chicken thighs are really forgiving, and the pulled chicken is just soaked in bbq sauce so that helps

Use a lower power setting on your microwave but cook it for longer. Try PWR 5 for 9-10 mins
