Advice on Woodlands Park Ratoath

Looking to move to Ratoath. Woodlands Park has a house for sale but I’ve noticed one house on the street keeps being bought and sold again shortly after. Anyone know why? Is this a bad area?

I live in Woodlands Park and it's fine. Cant speak on the specific house that's been sold 4/5 times but I can assure you it's not because of neighbours. It's a very nice quite estate. Friendly people, close to shops, 5 minute walk from the village, bus stops right outside. Massive green right outside your door. This is my 16th year here. Ive also never seen the mysterious off leash Staffordshire terrier. It's up to you at the end of the day.

I'm here a longtime and have no idea who that family is, would be interested to know though, just to make sure it's not mine..lol I've found the majority of people who live here to be fine.
