Jobs Can someone help me find a job?

I have a condition called plantar fasciitis that makes it difficult to stand on my feet for hours at a time. Its made it incredibly difficult for me to find a job down here. I also dont have much work experience due to that nor do I have a college degree. Ive been trying to get a desk job or something that wouldn’t require me being on my feet that much but im reaching a point where I believe it’s impossible for me to find. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?

Mine is caused by posterior tibial tendonitis plus I have flat feet, so triple whammy 😭 But I have been trying to look into exercises that will help. My day to day shoes are crocs which ik is horrible for this condition but they put the least amount of pressure on my feet. My mom gave me a pair of hokas I plan to go walking around the neighborhood in but the weather has put that on hold. I’ve noticed the cold weather makes the pain worse for me

That’s exactly what shoes I was recommended and so purchased, and let me tell you what a difference they made! It almost feels like having a rocking chair on your feet, propelling you forward each step. I recommend getting a darker color, bc while the lighter shades are pretty they stain quickly. But you can wash them weekly in the washer machine. If $$ is a problem, they sell gently used Hokas on FB marketplaces
