Jobs Company legitimacy for Job

Hello, I am wondering if PHINS LLC is a legitimate business. They are offering job opportunities. However, they are not on the better business bureau.

Also, would like job help in general. I have been looking for work over the past 8 months. I do live in Mobile, Alabama. I have no job experience, and I wasn't able to get a co-op or internship. All I have is that I graduated last May with a BSEE. I also do not have a car of my own. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Yea phins is a real company. My folks used to live next to the owner. Nice guy.

Also I haven't heard the BBB mentioned in like 10 years.

I know, but due to living with parents (That's what I get for going to college) mother constantly demands I check if a company even appears on the website.

You should cut the umbilical cord bud.

So what if it's not on that website? Are they just going to float you until you land a job they approve? What are they going to do if you take a job that's not in bbb? Kick you out? You have zero experience. Find a job, make some money. One man's humble opinion anyway.
