Jobs Friend needs Job

Hey guys I know it’s a big ask but does anyone know of jobs that are hiring for $15+ an hour? Working around her school schedule is #1 priority. She is a full time student at South. She’s applied to almost everything on indeed that she can. Most of her skills are retail, food and drink, hospitality, or procurement. She has been a store manager before. Anywhere within a 30 minute drive of midtown would be ideal.

She could probably get a server job at mellow but I wouldn't recommend working for that jackhole

Try Firehouse Subs, they are pretty flexible about school hours

She should talk to the Career Development office who can at least help her start on the website students use to find jobs. They may have more leads for what she is needing as well as jobs that are related to her career path

Try Lowe’s. I work there while being a full time student

Depending on the store she applied for, she’ll more than likely get hired the same day

Jobs with flexible schedules are tough to find but not impossible. She should try staffing agencies too. They sometimes have short-term gigs that can work around school hours.

South has a student worker program for students to work on campus. I don't know how much it pays
