Living in Beausoleil?

I recently got accepted into IUM Monaco - and have ben on the lookout for an apartment and where to stay some place close to Monaco so it’s easier to get to the uni etc.

How is it living in Beausoleil? What are some pros/ cons - is it better (and safer) when compared to Nice?

Beausoleil is a right next to Monaco, more convenient, as it’s right there, no need to take TER or bus, especially if a strike .

Guess safer but wouldn’t consider Nice exactly unsafe

I've never felt unsafe in Nice. Marseilles, yes. But not Nice.
