Living in Beausoleil?

I recently got accepted into IUM Monaco - and have ben on the lookout for an apartment and where to stay some place close to Monaco so it’s easier to get to the uni etc.

How is it living in Beausoleil? What are some pros/ cons - is it better (and safer) when compared to Nice?

I have a studio in Monaco that I'm looking to sub-let (i'm travelling a LOT, so rarely use it), until the end of my lease in February 2026. Feel free to DM me if that's of any interest. Rent is open for discussion, as it helps me out too.
