Living in Beausoleil?

I recently got accepted into IUM Monaco - and have ben on the lookout for an apartment and where to stay some place close to Monaco so it’s easier to get to the uni etc.

How is it living in Beausoleil? What are some pros/ cons - is it better (and safer) when compared to Nice?

Well they are regularly on strike, cancel trains and half of the remaining ones are late. What could be worse?

Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova... Where the rolling stock is all poorly maintained Soviet era castoffs. The AC is usually broken or running too cold. At least the staff are usually more polite than SNCF.

Sorry, the only train I've been on in Hungary was a Nightjet OBB sleeper from Zurich to Budapest.
