What Are Some of The Most Satisfying Losses You've Seen?
For me, KD airballing in game 7 vs Bucks in 2021 and Jimmy losing to Boston AND Denver in the Finals is fine with me. The look of disappointment on their faces gets me everytime.

KD losing in 2021 was lowk heartbreaking for me & neither is Jimmy
The most satisfying loss is by far Timberwolves getting their ass whooped in 2024 & 2025 for me
It's also up there w/ Kobe in 2011 looking at getting his ass whooped by Dirk

How is the Wolves getting whooped satisfying

Ant is too cocky after beating teams in the 1st/2nd round & then proceeds to get whipped in the WCF & dont say a word
Dude got absolutely cooked by the Mavs (A worse team) & then OKC (expected) & still act like he gon win everythingThe only person I like on that squad was KAT & he got traded away so oh well

I must’ve missed where Ant was significantly cocky. Even in his interviews he’s given props to Lebron/Luka/KD/Jokic

I think that Ant 100% off the court gives his props to the people that came before him & KD is his favorite player too
The problem is his antics on the court I find to be rather cocky/arrogant & I think that's part of a mentality people should be taking in that for a superstar like Ant they should view themselves as 'best in the world' even if they aren't to the people who watch them- but then again it gets to a point for me

Celtics losing to the warriors a couple years ago. In Boston! All those disappointed Boston fans! And Steph going Steph. Not a warriors fan but that was real nice.

Can't really find satisfaction in seeing a team lose. It's a bit weird to me.

Me either. Probably because I don't really hold hate for any particular player. Team, yes, player no. I'm not the Schadenfreude type (not sure if I used that term correctly but it definitely applies.)

2021 nets, 2025 knicks (liked this team but wanted to see how angry knicks fans would’ve been lmao) 2019 warriors looool

Was watching the warriors without KD and Klay lose actually that satisfying? Legit question.

People hated GSW so much they were willing to overlook those injuries at the time. Also that final game was really close. If it went to 7, GSW still had a chance to win it

2004 Lakers.
Funny enough i was kid back then and really liked Kobe and Shaq and I went nuts after that Kobes clutch.
But looking back now adding Malone and Payton seemed unfair and at the time it didnt seem like only their names were left. But turned out it were lol.

2011 Lebron choke
Felt sorry for him for a bit and then his notorious press conference saying people cheering his loss are still losers tomorrow.

2025 Knicks.
It was a long offseason after the 2024 playoffs enduring knicks fans talking about “well if we were healthy” and you know what, they were probably right. It was just so satisfying to see them come back almost completely healthy with a much more talented team and lose even faster than the year before.

Jayson Tatum this season. I'm not happy he's hurt, but I'm happy that the Celtics wont be serious contenders this year.

That injury was devastating not only because Tatum got hurt but also because the hatefest got ruined

The Heat losing to the Mavericks will always make me happy. I just loved how they were cocky the entire season really just acting like bullies and then making fun of Dirk in the finals was really the icing on the cake. So glad they got humbled.
