ioe rank 5900 around aayo

Is there any chance for comp eng in any gov college.I feel so hopeless right now.

You're within 25 percentile. Governmental seats usually get taken for BCT for pulchowk within 200 rank. And Nepal wide by 900. That includes private seats.

5k you might get in private for like 8-12L ko cost mah. I suggest you take the year off and work, or get into BCA/BIT.

But remember: If this was your utmost effort, you won't get past the first sem in engineering without several backs, sorry.
