Mutual Funds What does it mean? I'm not soo good at understanding such documents and thought its regarding investing in mutual fund so decided to ask here.

Can someone translate it please.
Context: NIMB ko SIP gareko xu maile ani aaile samma ko 2 ta payment ko share quantity matra meroshare ma dekhako xa, baki ko payments are pending as shown in NIMB capital's website

Basically what I understood is: You have made the payments but due to some bottleneck in the sebon-law policy, the corresponding units have not been allocated and remains in "pending" status. NIBL is actively corresponding to overcome this. Until then, we sincerely apologise for inconvenience.

If anyone can shed more light regarding this, please feel free.

Edit: looks like 6 arba is the max one particular fund can get, after that sebon has to approve the investment in order to collect more funds, so nibl is stuck because people are flowing in money but they cannot invest it due to sebon's lack of correspondence. I am not too sure about this translation, myself. So again, if anyone can explain, feel free to chime in.

Basically, the allowed capital was 6 Arba and now after years of investing the fund has reached allowed amount of investment. Now they need a permission from the governing bodies to increase the limit so that they can inject more capital in the fund. They cannot use the money collected because the size has already reached to 6 Arba. Aba 6 arba vanda mathi ko fund banaune milne garera authorisation aaye paxi balla hami le upload gareko paisa le kineko units dekhauxha. Thats it

This is always the case. Nepal Rastra Bank always needs to approve when the fund size grows. Had seen this take from anywhere 1-2 months in the past. Don't know if without approval the money can be invested in the market or it just sits in their bank account for sure.
