Nest Thermostats Appear Differently in Google Home

Is there a particular reason why two of my five thermostats look different in Google Home than two others (the fifth needs to be reinstalled, so I don’t know what that looks like at the moment), or is it due to incorrect installation in the app? They are all the same version, nearly identically aged, and all appear the same in the Nest app.

From what I have heard Google is making some updates to manage the Nest thermostats in the Google Home App, I have this new interface too so it might be a slow rollout?

Which interface do you have? I have shown two.

I have both (one with the energy dashboard and one without), the only difference is that instead of schedule I have a button that sends me back to the Nest app on the both of them. I have two Gen 3 Learning

I think a firmware update to the thermostats might have gone out as well. I noticed somethings looked different on my nest e.

If you go to the settings icon for all of them, are they running the same software version? (Settings> device information) I'm guessing they might be in different versions.

Turns out that is correct. For some reason, however, I can’t seem to update the version on the two that look different. They say they are up to date, even though the firmware version is dated 2021, whereas the other three were updated this year. Any ideas about how to get the firmware updated?

You can access the settings menu on the actual device (puck) software update> check for updates. If that's not working you may need to reset the device

That is the only place you can do that, and that is where they are telling me they are up to date.
