Nest doorbell video issues

I've been having problems with my nest doorbell recently. I can occasionally get a clear picture but more often lately I've been getting an offline message, or video that looks like this. Any ideas? I've ordered a replacement but would like to know if I'll have the same issues with that one..

It looks like a hardware issue with this doorbell. The replacement should be fine. If it still goes offline then I would suggest investing into a mesh WiFi system

I don't have a standard mesh, but I do have a wired access point right above the doorbell

EDIT: This is a 2nd gen wired doorbell, of that males a difference..
