[REQUEST] Does anyone know where the netflix reality tv scene is from? Spoiler

Basically there was this scene where these couples were supposed to split up or something and instead of that, a man proposes to his girlfriend and she accepts, but right after that another man proposed to his girlfriend and they also become engaged. I remember this part being early in the season. If anyone can tell me I would really appreciate it!

It’s definitely from The Ultimatum (straight version), season 1.
