[Request] Suggest some light, feel good series

I am done rewatching Friends, TBBT, Modern Family, Gilmore Girls, and other popular shows.

I am planning to watch one episode a day, so want something with many seasons (Not Grey's Anatomy)

Please suggest some light comedy, feel good series to watch. Better if British. I love their comedy.

Re posting this as I light feel good is my Jam

Can I suggest that you need to watch something that's slow , languid and slice of life ?

I found K Dramas very good as it helps me engage with these characters, slowly. Most of the stories take time to establish the premise. They also then take you on a journey along with the characters.

Here are some low key , fun series

  1. Hometown Cha Cha Cha - Simple premise. A dentist makes a gaffe in a city and ends up moving to the countryside. Found family, beautiful location and you will want to live with these folks .. on the way you will solve the 3 mysteries of Gongjin 😁

  2. Twinkling Watermelon -a heartwarming time travel story that just explodes with love warmth and caring. Yes you will find the story very familiar . But the heart of this story will make you care for the characters.

  3. Business Proposal - based on a Webtoon a woman helps her friend out on a Blind Date and absolute chaos ensues in her life when the blind date turns out to be her CEO ! Lean into the slapstick comedy of this Drama and its simply fantastic!

  4. Doc Martin - a beautiful british series based in Cornwall about an extremely skilled Surgeon moving to the countryside and his fun weird patients ... Very found family trope .. it will grow on you 😁

  5. The Good Witch - Just a sweet hallmark channel series about the new doctor and the resident healer. Is she magic ✨? Isn't she ? Either way a wonderful cast and you will love to spend time with them... Good daytime television

  6. Because This is my first life - A K Drama about a down on her luck writer desperate to find a place to live through a series of events end up being room mates with a guy ,Low Key hilarious and absolutely heart warming. They both learn to heal through each other , learn surprising fun things about love... Supported by an excellent funny and fun cast ...

Enjoy the journey and hope you feel better soon

Hey thank you so much for your detailed answer. I am not too fond of KDrama. I find the plot and dialogues too patriarchal. Plus the portrayal of young women as clueless men chasing creatures just makes me furious.

Haha, and Kdrama raise some bars here how we see dating, how a man should treat the women. How women should looks like. It’s so dreamy yet in a realistic maybe only 0.001% someone would have relationship just like the Kdrama
