Ready? Get a load of this!

The Dreambreaker gear, available after finishing the Solosseum Slog, appears to be the most powerful craftable gear in the game. Is there anything that surpasses it (either non-craftable weapons or craftable/non-craftable accessories with better effects)? I’m asking this question since most resources are for the base game.

This game is so poorly documented that I’m not sure if there are any deeply hidden secrets that can be found. Do these exist, and do any relate to gear?

I was really depressed today and decided to pick it up today and did it just corrupt my save file??

So I played the original back on PS3 and loved it. I played it again on my Switch a couple years ago. The remaster was on sale for $10 so I’m playing yet again on my PS5.

And I’m loving it for the most part. The characters and story are just as heartwarming as I remember and the whole familiar aspect is still addicting.

But I have a major problem with the controller layout for the menus.

So basically to save your game, it’s triangle and then the start button.

To skip a scene it’s start and then triangle.

To quit the game (which can happen in scenes you can’t skip) it’s start and then triangle as well! Granted, you do have to press X to confirm but who the hell thought this was a good idea?!

As I said, this is my third time playing through so I tend to skip a lot of the pointless dialogue and even though I’m only like 10 hours in, I have nearly quit my game probably 4-5 times. Not only that, but I’ve also almost done it just trying to save my game too!

And considering this game doesn’t have auto-save I’m already dreading the time where I fuck up and accidentally quit and lose an hour or two of progress. Kind of stressing me out to be honest.

I just don’t understand the design choice at all. Anyways, I guess if - WHEN - that happens it will ultimately be my fault. Sorry, just had to rant for a second. Wonderful, delightful game otherwise.

I am stranded on Teeheeti island (Fairyground) until I beat Royal Jelly, which is turning out to be very difficult. I looked up tips, and people generally seem to be struggling at Lv. 28, but I'm still at Lv. 19 lol

I know bounty hunts are a great way to level up, but I can't do them on this island. Are there good ways to farm experience other than just beating the wandering enemies?

I've been looking into modding Ni No Kuni Remastered some (something I have next to no experience in) and I was hoping to find out if there is any real groundwork for it.

I managed to find one guy who made Cheat Engine Scripts back in 2019 and someone more recently making model swapping mods, but I cannot find anything beyond that.

Really what I am looking to do is integrate NNK into the Archipelago randomizer, but I am struggling to start.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I adore both games but my personal favorite is 2 mainly because I enjoyed how the battle system was alot more. It gave a tales/star ocean feel to it and I loved that. First game was amazing don't get me wrong 💚🔥

Just tamed my first golden Toko after 6 fights

Is this supposed to happen? When I first got to Perdida before talking to anyone I went to the pot to the right of the entrance and now I am rich.

The number was more specific than 1b but I was an idiot and didn’t realize what was happening so I clicked through it.

Little bit late but I have noticed that it is much easier and faster to level up with Tokotokos than Tokotocold.

At first, I tried doing the tokotocold farm in the flying castle before the final boss but even for an hour, I can't seem to find one tokotocold and it frustrated me.

So I went to farm Tokotokos instead and I farmed more and more. In every respawn of the map outside Perdida, I can see one or two tokotokos and sometimes contains two tokotokos in the battle.

I wanted to try farming Tokotocold for much faster but the spawn rate is too low.

Anyway, just wanted to share.

I have a ton of tickets to exange for familiars, they come from the dlc. Which ones would you recommend I exange to get a good balanced team and what symbol would be best for each of them? Thank you

I can exange the following familiars: Lumberwood, dinoceros , karu kid , moogle-boggle, tu-whit , kipper , dinky , Potty, snapdragon, fightingale, silver head ruff, pink teeny bopper , silver tin-man , red plessie, red mite, pink toko, mandragorer, white purrloiner, blue small fry, blue hurly, pink budding Sprite, Orange thumbelemur, Gold inphant, Black bonehead, yellow Mite, Red and yellow Captain Whamtastic , blue and yellow Catastroceros, golden Mite, Idler.

I have this possible 5 characters, and the game is making me choose at least one to continue (I can't click B) I've read that you should only evolve them once they have unlocked all their trucks at least, but how do I know if they have any left to unlock for their current evolution? Is there any website I can check? Thanks

So I am in Chapter 9, and trying to recruit Tyran. I managed to beat all the related Skirmishes, and thought this would make his recruitment quest show up.

I searched for an answer before posting, and saw that Chingis is involved in the first part of the DLC quest, so that can delay him giving the Tyran quest.

However, this doesn't apply as I finished the first 20 floors of the Labyrinth DLC before doing the Tyran Skirmishes, and Chingis is located in Evermore where he normally is, but alas, no Tyran recruitment quest, even after getting the related Skirmish quests.

Any advice?

I've come back to redeem my idler and tin man tickets. But first I had to talk to him about the Solosseum series. And now after doing E rank and D rank, he is still taking about the series. Then he mentions the tickets, but doesn't let me redeem them. Has this happened to anyone and if so, what do I do?

The sacred dagger says that jt occasionally nixes an enemy. And I just got some nix be gone. But I dont know what it does and no google search is helping me.

So I was going to catch a green buncher and turbandit for that quest. And I thought what if the trial temple has more stuff if you go back to it. So i talked to him and got these familiars from the tickets. I'd prefer it if no one tells me which ones are good or not because I feel like that will spoil the game for me. I am just wondering if they all go through metamorphosis. Because only draggle is in the wizards companion but the others have no information. And also are there any differences with the golden ones or are they just for show?

This was the second time this happened to me during the fight. I’m defending and telling my entire team to defend but when the attach cutscene begins none of us are defending. This is extremely frustrating considering this is the third boss you have to fight in succession and having to start this whole like 30 minute sequence over completely ruins all the momentum of the ending sequence. Any idea what’s going on here? Is this a glitch or what?

First time playing the game and this guy was actually a difficult fight. Or am I just bad at the game.

In the first room of the trial of wits, you need to use you puppet string to move the statues. I didn't want to use any hints so I kept trying, but when I was trying to make them go from shortest to tallest, i solved it. I am just wondering what the actual reason is for solving this puzzle.
