Tsukemen at Ramen Shop Tonight
Tsukemen is a ramen dish that consists of large noodles served chilled with a side of hot dipping broth (reduced tonkotsu steeped with dried fish).
They haven't had it is a long time but it's finally back tonight! One of the chef owners who lives in Japan is back in town for a visit and it is one of his favorite dishes.

Taishoken in San Mateo has Tsukemen 7 days a week. I’m not sure if that’s local enough for ya.
I don’t think the San Francisco location has it, judging from the website.

Love the Ramen Shop Tsukemen. I miss when they used to have it every Monday.
