Containment Procedure
The Joker will be put in a straitjacket and put in a cell that has only a toilet he will never leave this cell 2 security guards will watch his cell at all times there will be 4 security cameras will be in his cell he will be fed by the guards and they will help him drink and will also help him if he needs to use the washroom
