ESCAPE SIMULATIONS IN PROGRESS

TO: All Penitentiary Staff, Clearance 3- B required

FROM: Special Agent Benjamin Gun

RE: Escape Simulations

Penitentiarians:

We will now be scheduling inmate escape simulations. The purpose of these simulations is to test inmate incarceration procedures to see if any need improvement.

How does this work? If you want to participate, you pick an inmate. The list is [here]. Once you have picked an inmate, make a post here indicating which inmate you would like to use in a simulation. Then, based on their incarceration procedures, figure out a way that the inmate could begin to escape. With me so far?

After that, I will respond with the Penitentiary's response. I will be basing OP's response off of the listed procedures in the inmate file, and reasonable response based on the facility, etc. We will continue in this manner--you, as the inmate, and me as OP forces--until the inmate is either recaptured or completely escapes. At that point I will write a report on the simulation and recommend whether or not a new incarceration procedure is needed.

Example: You pick [The Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog]. Based on his file you decide that he develops a resistance to the knockout gas used for his cell cleaning/feeding procedures and only pretends to be knocked out; and then attacks during feeding/cleaning. I look at the file and say that guards are deployed, and the Holy Hand Grenade is fetched...and we continue in this manner until we reach a conclusion.

Note: For any inmate on probation, we can still simulate the incarceration procedures provided in the event that we do have to imprison the inmate.

Simulation Begin: Quan Chi

The other nine master sorcerers stumble back in shock, then steady themselves and counter attack. Fireballs, energy blasts, and binding spells fly back and forth between the nine and Quan Chi and his revived minions. Shortly, one of the nine and one of Quan Chi's three mages are both felled. The sorcerers retreat outside of the cell, and a load of knockout gas pumps in!

He takes the fallen members helmet and straps it on and activates the breathing system, He raises the fallen soldier as a new member of his deathly legion

The eight remaining sorcerers rally outside the room. They call in the alarm and move out to surround the cell. They start casting barrier spells all around the cell to keep the enemy contained.

Meanwhile, a primary strike team with anti-magic armor and a strike team of Master Sorcerers were forming up and grabbing equipment in a staging area, preparing to teleport and deploy...

As the anti dissipation spells were removed in order to focus the barrier spells, he teleported outside the room and began to kill sorcerers with spells and his dead mages attacked also

Another mage on each side fall to magical attacks, although Quan Chi is still unharmed. The OP sorcerers fall back, in a fighting retreat. They near the exit to the small building (its only resident was Quan Chi).

The strike team is almost ready...

Suddenly, 20 figures teleport around the building as Quan Chi and his force exit. All 20 are in power armor; 15 of them ripple with anti-magic runes. The other 5 belong to very-high-ranking OP sorcerers.

The 15 guards turn their Stun Gun Level 3's on the enemy group and send the powerful stun bolts flying at the group! Meanwhile the sorcerers chant as they form a spell together...

Quan chi teleported using a portal and appeared behind them and shot at them with his green fire skulls

The 15 in anti-magic armor are unharmed, the flaming skulls passing them by altogether. The sorcerers are nearly caught but just barely manage to raise a magic barrier to protect themselves. They continue their chanting as the battle continues in the open stretch of land.

Quan chi manages to summon a flock of hell hounds to distract them as he begins to summon his renveants
