ESCAPE SIMULATIONS IN PROGRESS

TO: All Penitentiary Staff, Clearance 3- B required

FROM: Special Agent Benjamin Gun

RE: Escape Simulations

Penitentiarians:

We will now be scheduling inmate escape simulations. The purpose of these simulations is to test inmate incarceration procedures to see if any need improvement.

How does this work? If you want to participate, you pick an inmate. The list is [here]. Once you have picked an inmate, make a post here indicating which inmate you would like to use in a simulation. Then, based on their incarceration procedures, figure out a way that the inmate could begin to escape. With me so far?

After that, I will respond with the Penitentiary's response. I will be basing OP's response off of the listed procedures in the inmate file, and reasonable response based on the facility, etc. We will continue in this manner--you, as the inmate, and me as OP forces--until the inmate is either recaptured or completely escapes. At that point I will write a report on the simulation and recommend whether or not a new incarceration procedure is needed.

Example: You pick [The Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog]. Based on his file you decide that he develops a resistance to the knockout gas used for his cell cleaning/feeding procedures and only pretends to be knocked out; and then attacks during feeding/cleaning. I look at the file and say that guards are deployed, and the Holy Hand Grenade is fetched...and we continue in this manner until we reach a conclusion.

Note: For any inmate on probation, we can still simulate the incarceration procedures provided in the event that we do have to imprison the inmate.

Quan Chi and his army of undead sorcerers attack the retreating force

Suddenly, 20 figures teleport around the building as Quan Chi and his force exit. All 20 are in power armor; 15 of them ripple with anti-magic runes. The other 5 belong to very-high-ranking OP sorcerers.

The 15 guards turn their Stun Gun Level 3's on the enemy group and send the powerful stun bolts flying at the group! Meanwhile the sorcerers chant as they form a spell together...

Quan chi teleported using a portal and appeared behind them and shot at them with his green fire skulls

The 15 in anti-magic armor are unharmed, the flaming skulls passing them by altogether. The sorcerers are nearly caught but just barely manage to raise a magic barrier to protect themselves. They continue their chanting as the battle continues in the open stretch of land.
