theory I just realized why Saitama is bald

Like I know it's meant to be a joke to be bald. Get stronger -> no hair = funny. But then I realized it's a direct opposite to dragonball series where the hair grows longer when you become stronger, in Saitama it's the exact opposite. The stronger you get, the shorter the hair, so no hair = strongest. With all the references of vaccine man I can't believe I'm just realizing it now. Or maybe I'm wrong and ONE just thinks being bald is funny idk.

MC’s hair is usually their distinctive factor. You can point the MC out by their unique hairstyle, hair color, or memorable face. Saitama is meant to be the guy who gets lost in the crowd, it’s like walking down the street and passing by so many strangers not even knowing that one of them is actually a God

It’s my own head cannon that his hair isn’t strong enough to break through his skin lol

Hair is dead cells basically, they don’t break through the skin but grow from it.

Saitama cells nevah die

Your hair doesn't have to burrow through and erupt from your skin, Jesus christ that'd be terrible lol

If it were the case, it would probably be used as a torture method. You get shaved bald and then they let your hair grow.

Imagine how painful that would be.

His head must be stronger than a cannon then

I don't know. How many bald people you see when you go outside in a crowd? It will stick like a sore thumb.

u/calvinwong631 Jan 04 '25

Idk, how would you know they are bald if they are wearing a hat?

6

u/DharmaPolice Jan 04 '25

Quite a lot? Are you seriously claiming that baldness is rare?

5

u/calvinwong631 Jan 04 '25

Yes, it's quite rare to encounter a fully shave head dude. Especially in Asian countries.
