I think it’s pretty clear he could learn any technique in the verse but because all he ever needs is a punch, he just sees everything else as wasted movements. ONE really wrote saitama to be too strong in the best way possible

After seeing him interact with the blast wormholes,doing the electric head chop and traveling through time my headcanon is that his body could do anything. Telekinetic powers, flight, Zombieman regeneration are probably all things that he could possibly do but he has no need for it or is limited by his own mindset.
