Yea, saitama could probably become the best martial artist in the entire world, of he wanted to. He can basically learn anything

Except how to beat king

He can but he don't want to do. What's the point of doing some cool sick move and then one shot them with 1 punch anyway

Its also like what he said to Suiko. "If you want to continue enjoying martial arts, my advice is to not get any stronger than you already are." Paraphrased badly I'm sorry. But yeah why would Saitama want to learn how to be even better at fighting lol, its like the opposite of what he wants.
