Yeah, they just share some themes because OPM has an arc that deals with a power-giving god... But that's not a reference, it's something shared with other works that touch on this topic.

You can tell it's a reference because of the capes. Berserk was the first manga to invent capes.

The bottom panel and Garou meeting God are Berserk references. The rest I’m not convinced of.
