You need to keep walking the trail North and you will find nice openings spots along the trail, some of them with a bench.

I’ve never had luck under the bridge. Down closer to Jock Landing would be better. I’ve seen one person haul in a pretty big walleye off the shore at Jock Landing just after dark.

Yeah, the spots all but ruined now. It's too popular. Heavily fished out.

Steady current, but shallow. Found every rock (there’s a lot)

Lol "found every rock".

I always liked, "couple more casts and you won't have to cut the grass" :D

I enjoy using a strike king craw plastic with a z-man jig and just bounce/pop them around the rocks. Other option is i would use a floating jerk bait

It's super shallow and rocky, they manicured the 'beaches' with stones that extend our I to the water. I've caught some stuff there, but never found it to be particularly abundant.

A short walk down either shoreline is better in my opinion.

I would wade out and Cast Da Mepps!!

Waders are on the want list, for now it’s just from shore

You can probably just wade out in a bathing suit and water shoes no?

Don't worry if it shrinks it won't stay that way 😉🤣

I usually put a hook of some sort in the water but I'm always open to alternatives.

Small hooks. Big gulp artificial worms. Gets me about 2 or 3 bass under the bridge in an hour from where you were standing. Biggest being only 9 - 10 inches.
