In testing phase: undiagnosed Super worried for my wife.

My wife's GYN found a mass on her Ovary this Monday. Sent her for Bloodwork and CT Scan. Bloodwork is super high. CA-125 at 185 & HE4 at 197. Now waiting on CT-Scan results which was done today. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. 😪😪

It's awesome that her gynaecologist seems vigilant - many of us are fobbed off. If you want to read about possible diagnoses, don't Google randomly. There is a lot of old info out there about ovca. What country are you in?

You're in an awesome place for any treatment required (if you can afford it). I'm Australian, and have more limited advanced treatment options, but on the upside, it's all free here.

Line up some counselling for both of you if you can. Whether good or bad news, you will benefit from support through this. The early days of shock and horror are some of the toughest. My fiance is in a partner support Zoom group. I find this Reddit community really great.

Thanks I have great insurance thru my job. At this point we are just praying 🙏. She lost her twin brother 4 years ago to cancer so her worried level is extremely high.

What kind of cancer was it? Does she have any family history of breast or ovarian cancer? Or a BRCA gene mutation?

Ok no BRCA mutation is a good thing. My sister and dad are BRCA1+
