If they just came out and said they had to make changes to optimize performance, nobody would care. But like... Don't lie about it. We know console games almost never look like their e3 showings (which are usually shown on $1200 gaming pcs)

It's not even $12K PCs, these developers have top tier hardware...but the thing is that we know what E3 is. It's where developers show their game in the perfect setting and they want people to be excited for the game (especially if it's a new IP). I don't get why this is still an issue. We all know that the game (for the most part) will look close to what they show so why make it an issue. Gamers just love to point out the negative. It's amazing how many posts of this have been uploaded here, just negative press about the game, but we as gamers are attracted to that. We can't speak about the positive, the negative creates drama and brings the clicks.

Would you rather people just bleeted about positive things? Because knowing about bad things is more important than knowing about good things.

I simply said that gamers are addicted to the negative. Negative news travels faster than positive news. In plus, this isn't even news. Are we going to do side by side comparison photos of every game now, even though we know the final release won't reach the E3 showing? That's what I'm saying. The Cyberpunk 2077 release is gonna be nuts, so is RDR, Anthem, DMC5...this is gonna get to the point of being nonsensical.
