To be fair, the Arabs were expecting to get a unified state from Aleppo to Aden but then got scammed by the British and the French. In hindsight, it’s obvious that we shouldn’t have trusted the European imperialists and that things became much worse but the idea was good.

Was it wrong to want freedom from Turkish imperialism and genocide? It wasn't the fault of the Arabs that the British and French betrayed them.
