Philly People Of Hope - Donation Request

Hey ya'll, Philly People Of Hope here, weekly repost for our mutual aid

We’ve put together an Amazon Wishlist of essential items that go straight to unhoused folks in Philadelphia .

Right now, the most urgent needs are:

  • Hygiene essentials (pads, razors, shampoo)
  • Wound care supplies
  • Durable bags & backpacks for carrying belongings
  • Socks and Water Bottles

We do street-level outreach every week, 3 times a week, making sure people have not just what they need to survive the night, good community care. If you’ve been wanting to help, this is a concrete way to do it. (This will become 4 times a week as more volunteers and the needs grow throughout the city)

If you are interesting in volunteering for mobile outreach (where we walk around to hand out items), DM.

**We have been seeing alot more homeless families meaning children included. List will be updated with more supplies as we see the need grow**

Filled water bottles or reusable? How do we donate supplies we have?

Reusable.

And I can set up a day for pick up or you can drop them off on one of our outreach days
