Congratulations. Took some hard work and dedication to get there. I wanted to wait until after the first PSA to make sure. It is: 0.014. But the day before I got the results I was diagnosed with a sarcoma as big as your hand in my left thigh. Looks like Iβm not done yet. Best wishes to you.

I had a prostectomy six weeks ago and last week was diagnosed with malignant melanoma on my face. At least my insurance out of pocket max has already been hit.

Sorry to hear about that. I guess this is one of those silver linings. Hope everything goes well and you can move on to better things.

Sorry to hear of your experience. I did proton radiation with a fellow that made it 8 years, the recently read of two guys going 12 and 14 years. They were younger when they started. I think itβs something you move on with your life, but need to look over your shoulder now and then.

It is now 3 years since the stage 4 diagnosis. I have been on ADY for that time. Easing off on the ADT now to see what happens.

Good to make it that long on ADT. That has been harsh for me during 4 months. Doc wants me on for 18 months but I have developed a sarcoma in my left leg I need to deal with. Hope all goes well for you.

Oh my goodness. I was having 2 heatwaves an hour around the clock. I was almost to the point of exasperation until the doc gave me meds (mostly used for breast and uterine cancer). I had no life during the summer. It worked. I admire your grit here and once again wish you the best.
