Affordable CRM & property search tool recommendations?

Hey everyone,

I’m still pretty new — I’ve only closed 2 deals so far and have a few buyers I’m actively working with, so my budget isn’t huge. I really feel like I need something better than Moxi for lead follow-up.

Ideally, I want something that: • Lets me show clients properties in a branded way • Helps me stay on top of lead follow-up • Doesn’t cost an arm and a leg

I’ve tried Lofty and honestly love it, but the price is just too high right now for where I’m at.

What are you all using that’s affordable but still effective?

Thanks in advance!

I’ve use a tool that creates both a multi property search website for my agency and also includes a CRM. Pretty affordable. Take a look - www.site2crm.com

Use a Google Sheet until you can afford to pay for Follow Up Boss.

hello there,

I felt the same way — Moxi wasn’t enough and Lofty was great but too pricey. I developed Lead2Done and it’s been perfect for branded property sharing + follow-ups, starts only at $10

I have acost effects and seo optimized solution for you. Still in beta, no selling website at this time, but I have a client with the leads from seo already.

I'm a EA for a realtor. She's currently using Brivity and it's awesome! Very intuitive! Give it a check.

You should check out an upcoming proptech company someone referred me to called syndnet.com. Apparently, theirs a lot of hype behind it as it’s an all in one platform (social network, AI powered marketplace, GIS, CRM, etc). Not sure when they’re going live but I jumped on the bandwagon

Congrats on closing your first few deals, that’s awesome! We totally get the need for something better than Moxi, especially when you're starting out and trying to balance your budget. Lead follow up can definitely get messy without the right tools, but don’t worry, there are affordable options that will help keep everything organized without breaking the bank. GoHighLevel is a great option for both CRM and property search needs. It’s relatively affordable, especially compared to others, and it offers a lot of automation features to help with follow up. You can create custom funnels, automate emails and texts, and even have a branded portal for your clients to view properties. It’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a game changer. Good luck, and don’t forget, it’s about the relationships you build, not just the tools you use!

I came across an upcoming software that could be a real game-changer for real estate professionals. Titleman.ai helps you cut your lead search time in half, finding hidden gems, curating property selections, building ROI forecasts, and even cracking mortgages in just 10 minutes. They’re going live soon, and there’s already a waitlist to join. If I were you, I would jump right in!
