Clean way to package and share real estate contracts

I'd like to find a way to compile all the documents the client needs to complete in one easy-to-understand package. I've got all of them scanned in to my desktop but want to combine them into a proper packet that only needs a single download.

I'd also like to be able to make changes to this file when necessary. What do you recommend to be able do this myself?

There are a bunch of real estate specific tools for this. Dotloop, Skyslope, etc.

I’ve run into the same thing when pulling docs together for clients. What’s worked best for me is combining everything into a single PDF so there’s just one file to send around. That way, you can update or swap out pages without starting from scratch.

I’ve used PDF Reader Pro for this before since it makes merging and editing quite simple, but I’m sure other tools out there do the trick, too.
