No I mean full ban vs just restrictions. But I realize now that probably isn’t it. On the right track or no?

I am a little concerned no one will guess it so here is a hint: blue states have a building. If no one guesses by the end of the day I will give another hint specifying what kind (government, industrial, religious, recreational etc)

48 states don't allow texting while driving. The only state that has no restrictions is Montana.

This is technically true, but a fun fact: all major cities and a few counties in Montana have their own local laws in place restricting phone usage while driving. I believe this is why there is no current push (and likely never will be) for statewide legislation. At the same time, Montana’s vehicle collision death numbers are a little insane.

Or no Mormon temples in the grey states. It’s hard though because Jersey has everything, being so close to nyc and Philly

correct

That’s so funny because Vermont is where the major Mormon founders were originally from. But it makes sense given the population size and non-religious nature of the populace.

I'm not sure if I'm looking at correct data, but is there not one in ND? I looked it up because I was intrigued by how all the states surrounding MN were gray but it looks like ND might be wrong? Either way this was interesting to find out!

Im gonna be honest I shouldn't have been lazy but I used Google ai and it didn't list ND as one of the states. I looked it up and you are correct there is one in Bismarck ND!
