“Prescription” from Doctor for Vitamins/Activity

This is a bit of a throw back discussion question…I can’t remember if it was on Joe’s podcast with Casey and Calley Means or on Tucker’s podcast; but regardless I know this community would have the answers I’m looking for.

I remember the Means Siblings saying anyone can ask their doctor for a prescription for vitamins and exercise, which you can then take to a government? Website and get discounts on your gym membership/vitamins like athletic greens. Does anyone know what this process, website, etc. is?!
