This is basically someone who says nice things, but isn't actually willing to help. Or maybe they're squeamish of medical stuff and hand-feeding patients.

You can be a kind and "caring" person, but due to how this game defines caring, you can't do blood or if you use the hygiene mod bodily waste.

Kind only deals with social interaction, caring is being a nurse.

 One can be kind without wanting to spoon feed dementia patients; one can serve cafeteria slop and be cruel.
