Help! TV keeps shutting off streaming a live event

As the title suggests, on both YouTubeTV and peacock, as soon as I click something the whole tv shuts off.

The tv and all apps are up to date. They’ve been closed and opened again. The WiFi has been reset. The power save settings have been turned off and on and off and everything to test it

Is it an old TV and maybe it doesn't have enough CPU power to handle a demanding live stream? Those smart TV interfaces slow down over the years and then you buy a new Roku player and plug it into the TV and use it instead of the built-in Roku, unless you want to replace the TV. My 3600x Sticks can no longer handle Flosports, definitely not the drag racing. The announcer is telling who won before the video shows the cars getting off the line. LOL (Yes, it's really that bad after about 15 minutes or so.) I buy a new Roku every year during Black Friday sales, or sometimes earlier if Roku sends me an offer for 40% or 50% off retail. We have 6 or 7 tvs now and a Roku on each one. Lol

It’s about a year and a half old, my 55” tv in another room plays everything just fine

That doesn't sound like it's too old. My other thought was tv power supply might be failing? But I don't really know.

There's a tv repair sub Reddit. Maybe hunt it down and ask that group since you didn't get replies here. Good luck!
