Roku not connecting to WiFi

Have one device that stopped connecting to WiFi. Moved one device that was working fine to the same tv and now it no longer connects to WiFi. There was an alert that says poor connectivity. But after taking both devices next to the WiFi and connecting both are no longer able to connect. And there’s another two more back in the same area that are NOT having any issues. Just the original to the tv and a new one that no longer works as well. We have tried all the reset g WiFi and devices. Moving closer to WiFi. They just don’t work after both being plugged into a tv. Which doesn’t make sense as the tv isn’t where the WiFi is coming through.

I always reboot the cable modem and router and that usually fixes it. I have Spectrum Internet and I can log in to my account and issue the command from there.
Or, if I want a hard reset, power it all off. Disconnect all cables incl power and coax and Ethernet from cable modem. Them power on the modem, wait for certain lights to light, reconnect coax, wait for lights. Then reconnect the ethernet cable between modem and router. That usually fixes the problem of 1 or 2 devices randomly not connecting when all others will.

So a router/modem issue? It was what I was thinking but it was so weird how one tv took out two devices (even though tv doesn’t affect connectivity) and it just threw me for a loop.
