Horrible Racist Abusive man harasses a group of women minding they're own business for no reason in public, UK Romford.

Which is great, I really don't understand the sentence uplift if the crime is race related though.
Surely all humans deserve the same amount of justice regardless of race or sexuality.

It depends on the nature of the harassment and hate crime laws also cover a number of other protected characteristics.

I heard about this, the guy got a suspended sentence but had to do some community work as part of the punishment.
