Good gyms in romford?

I'll be moving to collier row next week and just wanted to know what the best gyms are round here. I don't mind pricier ones with facilities like pools or saunas either. Currently with the gym as I get cheap monthly as a student so just wanted to know if i should switch or not or stay with them

From my experience, The everyone active is really expensive, but they have pool , and YouTube on the treadmills but not 24/7. The sign up is a bit of a scam one month they charge double ? Plus fees. I’m not sure but I think the GP can refer you at a cheaper rate if your over a certain bmi / health issues

Pure gym is 24/7 cheap but it’s basic.

I have yet to try the one by the station but looks the same as pure gym

How much is pure gym? I was always under the impression that it must be expensive.

Idk about pure gym but the gym can be dirt gym. I've been using their student membership for years and I don't think I've verified my student status even once. This past year I paid 200 for a whole year which comes out to under £17 a month. Less than pre covid prices. It also let's you use any gym since you get a secondary gym location which you can switch around whenever so I was sometimes in random gyms across the country without paying a penny extra.

Wait so u tell them you're a student when u make your membership and they don't ask for proof?

That's how it's been for the last 3 years I've done it. Idk why they do it like that and I can't confirm for sure if thats the case for everyone but I definitely haven't ever verified my student status.
