Guys today there was a disruption from Capelsebrug to Alexander with the metro. I heard rumours it is going to last the whole month... I cannot find any information about it and customer service is not helping either. Does anyone know more about this?

As a rotterdammer for the past three years, I am thoroughly enjoying this beautiful city!

I have been looking in the past for a place where I can find classic men's trousers, (not perse bespoke. I can make the investment from time to time but don't want to invest in a full bespoke wardrobe yet).
So Ideally I am looking for a place with off-shelf items that I can browse (I don't like buying these online).
When I talk about trousers, I mean high-waisted, classic trousers, which are not skinny and maintain their own shape. Let me show you with a few pictures below.

Hello! I'm going to be in Rotterdam on September 6th for a dear friend's wedding but I desperately need a haircut!! I'm looking for someone who can do fades and knows how to cut curly hair. I have an overgrown mullet going on (I've been travelling for a couple weeks) and needs a good clean-up. Can be a barber or a hairdresser, doesn't matter to me!

My friend is giving me this bike and I think something is wrong with the gears? When I pedal it’s really stiff and jerky and I can’t adjust the gears at all. Do yall know how much it usually costs to get the gears fixed/replaced and whether I should just get a new second hand bike instead?

Also would like to know if there are good bike repair shops around west/south Rotterdam !

Enige tijd geleden is mij verteld dat er een behoorlijke stroom mensen van Amsterdam naar Rotterdam verhuist, omdat de huizenprijzen daar erg hoog zijn en de prijzen hier lager liggen. Vooral in de Willem Buytewechstraat zouden veel Amsterdammers wonen, zo is mij verteld. Klopt dat?

In Rotterdam is de huizenmarkt niet zo vervelend als in andere steden. Ik kocht in mei 2024 een appartement in onze rotstad. En had onderboden.. 9k oid.

Als je dan nu van vrienden in Amsterdam hoort dat ze moeten overbieden.
